Changes and Transfers in Event Registrations
Registration Confirmation and Self-Service Link
Once you have registered for the event, you will receive a registration confirmation email from info@nuts.fi. This email also contains your personal self-service link, which allows you to:
- Edit your details (e.g., change race category)
- Purchase additional products and services, such as bus transfers
- Transfer your entry to the following year
- Sell your entry to another participant
If you cannot find your registration confirmation email, check your spam folder. If it is still missing, contact us at info@nuts.fi.
Injury or Illness – Check Your Insurance
Many travel insurance policies include cancellation coverage that may reimburse your entry fee if an illness or injury prevents you from participating. Some credit card payments may also include similar coverage.
- If you receive an insurance refund, you do not need to inform us – your entry will simply expire.
- However, if you wish to stop receiving event-related emails, you can notify us at info@nuts.fi.
Transferring Your Entry to the Following Year
You can transfer your entry once to the following year. Transfers cannot be chained.
How to transfer your entry:
- Open your personal self-service link, which you received in your registration confirmation email.
- Select entry transfer and save the changes.
- Before the next year’s registration opens, you will receive an email asking you to confirm and activate your entry for the new event.

Selling Your Entry to Another Participant
If you are unable to participate, you can sell your entry to another person or transfer it to the following year. NUTS does not resell canceled spots.
How to transfer your entry to another participant:
- Agree on the payment with the new participant – they pay you directly.
- Open your personal self-service link and replace your information with the new participant’s details.
- Ensure the email address is entered correctly!
- Save the changes – the new participant will receive a confirmation email and gain control of the self-service link.
